We understand that when you have to visit us after the loss of a pet, you have lost a member of your family. We provide a friendly and compassionate service to help you navigate through this extremely sad and difficult time. You may take as long as you need with your pet to say goodbye in our Farewell room.
At Vale Farm we provide individual pet cremation only, to provide your companions with a dignified and respectful final journey. This means we can guarantee that the ashes you receive back will only be those of your own pet.
Your pet will be returned to you in a scatter tube as part of the cremation package- see our price list for further details. We also have a selection of urns for you to choose from in our waiting room including those hand-made by our potter Ruth who offers a choice of bespoke and personalised urns.
Where possible we try our best to accommodate a pet collection and drop off service for our customers who are unable to visit us here at Vale Farm. This is subject to availability on the day so please contact us to discuss further.
